So thankful for this article today as I can relate to everything shared. I am trying to be more intentional about focusing on the bigger picture – with my children and myself – rather than the smaller one. Prayer for me has been key to helping adjust my sights and perspectives. When I take the time to check in with the Lord and hear from him, my response to my day and all that it entails, is healthier.
