Awww…it’s Spring (finally!). And with budding trees and blooming bulbs come many insects.
I was excited to learn about these free insect science notebooking pages as I am trying to have my girls get a closer to nature. Right now when they see an insect (flying or walking) they take off running and screaming in the opposite direction. I can’t fault them, they are just like me.
After Princess Petals experienced a little bug fly into her ear at the park a few days ago, she has no real interest in playing outside. Getting her to and from the car is challenging.
So I thought we could take a different approach this year regarding all of our flying and crawling friends and meet them with curiosity instead of fear. I am planning to use these insect pages to help me do just that.
